Any middle schooler seeking to receive their first communion should register for our Middle School faith formation program, “Ascend”. This program is for anyone in 7th or 8th grade, and registration is required each year of attendance.
Any high schooler who is beginning their Confirmation or First Communion journey with us should fill out the “New Candidate Registration Form”. These students will be entering “C1” or their first year, and will be confirmed the following school year (2027 - 2028). This is also the form for any students who may be transferring from a different Confirmation program to SJN.
Any 10th - 12th grader who has already completed their first year of sacramental prep at St. John Neumann and is looking to continue their second year should fill out the “Returning Candidate Registration Form”. These students will be entering C2 and will be confirmed this upcoming May.
